Over the last years Greatwaves has installed over a thousand access points for businesses throughout the Netherlands. Due to the high standards, interference and modern fibre connections in The Netherlands these Wi-Fi access points have a technical and financial lifespan of three to five years and have been phased out. However, they are still in good working order and are perfectly suitable for a second or even third life in less demanding environments.
When upgrading these Wi-Fi 5 access points to newer standards (Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7) we take them back from our customers. However, instead of recycling these products we are looking for a partner to give them a second life.
These can for example be used for;
- Schools in Africa
- Not-for-profit charities
- Refugee camp’s
- Rural area’s
- Homes
What are we offering?
Greatwaves is offering the free export of 251 Wi-Fi access points to a good cause. This can not be for profit. The only thing we request is proof of installation. A video or photo will do :).
